I was looking for a fix to an issue I created for myself in QB2014. Jeremy Lott answered his phone on the 3rd ring, not a voicemail. He was eager to assist with my issue. The options he presented were failrly simple. The consultation and trouble shooting were free. He only mentioned costs after I asked him for his regular rates.
